In our effort of continuously working toward our mission of drawing more youth, their families and friends outdoors, we have teamed up with Bear View Project Development to expand the current facilities of Jellystone Park. Our shared vision is to transform the park into a recreational gateway in a resort-like setting where families can experience and discover an array of outdoor activities in a healthy, sustainable setting, while leaving little impact on the environment. Our shared interest in this endeavor is to design and build an expanded facility in a way that is harmonious with the existing landscape and uses the natural topography of the property to preserve the visual and auditory essence that makes our location so unique.

Our Planned Expansion

The expanded facilities at TOE will provide guests with a range of options and services one would expect from a first class vacation resort. Those who wish to spend their entire vacation on the grounds will have access to open space, recreational activities, educational programs and areas for relaxing solitude. For those who wish to venture outside the campground, TOE will serve as a gateway to a wide range of outdoor opportunities. Of course the existing amenities, family feel and everything you love about the current Jellystone Park will remain intact.

The new TOE campground will expand the number of campsites on the grounds and construct a 90-room lodge, giving guests a wider variety of accommodations that cater to every taste. The property expansion will also include the addition of a retail area for small shops specializing in outdoor recreation, an amphitheater for educational activities, an expanded recreation area, one or more fishing ponds, additional swimming pools and more wide-open space to just enjoy being outside. Additionally, building materials that blend with the natural environment will be used to construct the retail buildings as well as the cabins and main lodge.
